Hi Everyone and welcome to my FinallyHealthyLife website. Goal of this blog is to share my tips and ideas about happy and healthy life.

Few years ago I was shy, overweighted guy without confidence, with health issues and job what I hated. But someone told me to try Yoga to lose some weight and be more mind-focused. I just laughed as I did not want to embarrass myself even more and I thought Yoga is more religion than exercise. But I said to myself: OK I try it, what can I lose?

And Yoga changed my life. Mentally, physically and even financially as I completely changed my work and life balance and became more confident person. Thanks to Yoga I started to do running(I completed Sydney Marathon) and tried several different sports what I was only dreaming about when I was fat. I focus on yoga, running and exercise what I like and therefore loosing weight is more fun than “super special weight loss programs” what I tried before. And believe or not I lost 60 pounds.

Therefore I highly recommend to start with Yoga if you are not happy with your life or you are overweighed like I was before. Yoga also helped me to change my work as I met people on my yoga classes who motivated me to do what I like and also I started my own yoga business.
